METABOLIC TESTING
Resting Metabolic Rate Testing
Resting Metabolic Rate test (RMR) lets you discover how many calories you burn at rest which acts as a valuable guide to developing a proper nutrition plan for your goals.
-
RMR takes about 30-45 minutes to complete and must be done in after a 12 hour fast (water is ok)
VO2 Max Testing
Determining and understanding your cardiovascular endurance and your optimal training zones are imperative for heart rate training and overall fitness progression.
-
A VO2 Max test takes about 40 minutes to complete, and the results are available immediately afterward. The report will show your target training zones allowing you to train better.
-
A VO2 Max test also increases heart rate monitor efficiency.
